I have been a Police Officer for 12 years with the City of Ontario. I have served on the Ontario Police Officers Association’s board since 2017 and am currently the Sergeant at Arms. Prior to becoming a police officer, I earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University Fullerton. I am currently a Corporal assigned to the patrol division. In addition to working patrol, I have worked in the bicycle unit and airport operations bureau. While working in the bicycle unit I was tasked with patrolling the cities downtown area. I had the opportunity to work with local business owners and the community to improve people’s quality of life. This allowed me to work with the community to better the relationship between Ontario Police Department and the citizens we serve. I hope to continue fostering this relationship and community engagement to improve the quality of life for both our officers and citizens.
